The products are high quality and work. Pestech has great customer service and systems for communication. The company is concerned with child, adult, and pet safety. But the best thing about Pestech is the troop of technicians who arrive when expected, work briskly, are very knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. In particular, I wish to commend Phil C. He is pleasant and all the attributes it"s above. But he came with a hand vacuum to clean all the mouse droppings at each bait station!!! He is conscientious and I request he be my regular technician! Thank you!
