Our service has been rapidly declining. The day the first week in October that your technician says he was here so we’re we - all day. No one rang the bell, knocked on our door, or tried to reach us by phone. There are dirt dauber nests and wasp nests untouched. His note on our bill says he treated for spiders. What about ants we asked you to treat for each time?
Spider webs were not removed, eaves not cleaned, etc., etc. I am very disappointed. I have paid the bill in question. At least you didn’t bill us in advance as you usually do.
