I am happy with the service except I have asked on both treatments to contact me by calling me on my phone. I am at work and I can send my boyfriend down to the rental property to meet them. However both times they sent an email when they were on their way which I didn't read until later and then he texts me when he gets there. Now he is having to wait for someone to show up to let him in. I am hoping on the 3rd visit, we can get this right. I need a phone call when he is on his way. Thank.
