When I started using your company's services many years ago, I was Sandra Hoybach. I then married Richard Schanne (11 yrs ago) and changed my name legally to Sandra Schanne. Richard died nearly a year ago...and the greeting you just sent me was to "Richard Schanne and Sandra Hoy". It may seem small to you, but I pay the bills and would like to be addressed by my name.
