This is replying back to The corporate office reply, I don't like the snorkiness and any implication The way that you guys do your business is horrible All you really need to do is literally send an email say hey your contract is coming to an end you want to continue That's all you need to do instead of assuming that somebody's going to want to continue.
And just because you said that it's continuous and that I should have looked at the contract well how many contracts do you have in your life for different things and how many contracts are guarantee you complain about that you missed and they continue charging you.
At the end of the day there's no confusion The customer support and the tech guys are great your billing practices need to change.

I am very sorry if I came across snarky. I did not mean to make any implications to your handling of this. I was only trying to say that we don't try to blind side you, that it is written on the agreement. An email probably would make it easier. I will relate this to corporate.
