We have service about 9 months by now, when we first started our grass was green, but we wanted really nice and thick grass so we take a chance on your service, to our surprise now the grass is dry out and looks awful, your technicians did not pay attention to our drying grass and bring it to our attention that the sprinkle system could be an issue. As you know we live in NY therefore we trust your professional service, but you had failed us completely.

Today Jeff visited us , he showed us what is the problem that we have with passion and Profashional knowledge, we really appreciate his effort and wants to help us improve our grass to the best he can. If your other technicians were like him care for the customers and want to do the best for us, we will not in the situation we are now, also you will have lots of HAPPY and SATISFIED customers. As for now we are very disappointed and regret that we have you as our service provider.
We want only Jeff to visit us and help bring our grass back to LIFE again.
