Our technician has been with us for many years. He does a great job and the only reason we have stayed with Home Paramount this long. I did not receive a call informing me of this visit and usually receive 24 hours notice or less. I have also had trouble getting our service calls back on track after delays due to weather or vacation. The system is not user friendly.
