Michael was wonderful on the phone but we have been rather disappointed with the service so far. We asked for the pergola to be de-webbed but that hasn't happened yet. We phoned Michael back to have Kevin come back and finish the job. Kevin phoned and he said he would get to it next time he or someone else came out to the house.
