Rick was most accommodating in scheduling a convenient time for service, and he and Tom were very courteous and diligent in their service yesterday. Also, Gary was patient and most helpful in advising me then assisting me with getting the service I wanted. I thank all of McCall’s personnel involved, including those who contacted me by phone, for their concern and providing me with the service I needed and wanted.
