The technician who came out was as nice and professional as possible. Did a thorough job and saw dead bugs the next day, so seemed very effective. The visit, though, was four days after scheduled, with no notice. Figured they blew me off, and then here he is. Since we never leave house anymore, it didn't matter, but if we had a real schedule like back in the 2019s, would not be very happy with their service.
