And especially to Michelle for listening to my concerns, answering questions and presenting our unique situation to Ron and AHS. And especially to Tom and Hawk for finally sorting out the most appropriate fix to our situation. You all took a complex and frustrating situation (improper install from original installation caused by another company plus a few ensuing complications caused by that improper install) and came up with best way to resolve it (hopefully once and for all - Hawk has advised me of what he did to fix the matter so that we don't deal with any more mishaps from the original improper install).
