We have been with Bill's for years and we have always had exceptional service. We are having a remodel done in our bath and found many, many termites and tunnels. I called and said I had an emergency because of the remodel. Our whole shower was torn out. We are so grateful for your immediate attention to our problem and the services you provide are outstanding. You've shown compassion and care for all the years we've been a customer and in this instant you've gone above and beyond. Your employees are all very professional showing great knowledge in their abilities to solve problems in a very professional manner. Tom and I are very appreciative to be associated with your company. A big thanks to Blake for coming out on such a short notice and taking care of our problem.
