All the technicians that have come out are polite, thorough and knowledgeable. The customer service however not so accommodating. It takes multiple phone calls to get an appointment for a technician. The house which was to be sealed was not sealed adequately causing additional issues and more calls, and 2 weeks for the problem to be addressed. This after paying for platinum service.
