I am very unhappy with your services. You have failed to meet my expectations to get rid of my insect/pest/bug problems. I obtained your services in May, and I still have a problem three months later. The Tech told me to be patient and that it takes time. I have talked with several techs and the supervisor about my issue. They will get someone out there right away, which is not happening. It has gotten so bad that my daughter had to leave the house, and I cannot work here until the problem is corrected. Why am I still having problems when I hired you to take care of them in May? You are not providing the service that I pay for, and I am close to canceling your services to go with someone who might care enough to help me.
