After two years of quarterly services, we are very happy with the quality and effectiveness of the work, particularly for our needs in mouse and wasp management in our 120 year old house. The technicians have been very patient and informative with all of my questions about pest control during their service visits. My only suggestion for improvement is that Francis send notices of when the services will be provided, so we can plan for them - for some reason, we have never received advanced notices. Otherwise, excellent!
