The report was extremely sparse. Little-to-no details. There are, for certain, several holes from bees in the roof line—these were not mentioned at all. Feel very dissatisfied. Will not recommend to friends/family.

We spoke to the technician whom inspection this property and he remembered the inspection well. The inspection was during tropical storm Isaias. The report is a standard report. The grounds had 4” or more of water, the exterior trim was freshly painted and new siding was visible. The visibility was poor on the exterior that day and it was stated in the report.
