We were never contacted for an appointment for our termite inspection. The first time we were notified the morning of the inspection and we were on a cruise. I was able contact you and cancel. When we returned I contacted you to make an appointment. Was told that the technician would contact us to schedule an appointment. He showed up unannounced this week when we weren’t home. Not happy about this. I would have preferred to have been home to observe the inspection.
