I would not recommend using this service for pest removal. Company promises the world but fails to deliver the full service. Be careful with money you are paying, as you will receive empty promises and still have a pest issue at hand. The technicians were great, very professional and courteous however the service inspector that set up the job should be educated more on telling customers what can be done when he doesnt perform the work. This is inconsistent with the work completed. Filing complaint for full refund. Was left in a situation with a worse pest problem than when I hired the company. Feel sorry for the technicians that are put in the field with promised jobs to be completed when customers should have never been promised such a job according to branch manager. Had high hopes for this service but was quickly let down. Paid for job in advance despite not being told a down payment was required. Was told different times than what was scheduled. Missed a days work for this project. Company cashed my check day before technicians were at house. Not the way to treat people at all and hope that employees are treated better.
