I am definetly NOT happy with the last visit to our farm. My sister observed that the technician did NOT check all the traps located around the barns & house. We have used your service for several yrs & never had a complaint. However, the technician did not even check the traps around the house & did not check all the traps around the farm buildings. I live in NM , but pay the bills for the service. I will NOT pay the current bill until you send a technician who knows what he is doing. Sorry I don't have a date but the visit was during the last week. A Hickman.
