The 5 stars I submitted is mainly for the agent himself. So far I suppose its somewhat working. Hard to say. No issues at all with Adam, the agent assigned to us. He seems very knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Time will tell have effective it is. My only real issue is the cost. $600 for 3/4 of my yard is quite a bit for 6 visits totaling about 2hrs for all 6 visits. That's about $300 per hour! I have been out of work for over a year so money for things like this is tough to come by. And monthly maintenance is absolutely out of the question. I felt I needed to do something but I doubt I can afford to take it further unless I hit the lottery. lol.
