Robert a;ways does such a great job here. He is eager to please and never complains. My rodent traps were not filled and the crawlspace ones as well. Please see that this is fixed as per my contract. Also because of the rain we will need an exterior spraying to be done(this month) with granular carpenter ant bait spread around the garage and tree. Have been a customer for years and find the service tools the tech uses always to be lacking something.
