The technician was great - friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Very pleased with Henry. However, I was disappointed that he did not have a ladder on his truck so that he could check my attic for pests, as the techs are supposed to do every time they visit, per my contract. There is supposed to be a note in my file with regard to this. However, every time a new tech comes, they are unaware of my previous pest problems (flying squirrels in attic which led to TWO times that you had to totally suck everything out of the attic and then blow in new insulation). Very frustrating that I have to educate someone new every 3 months. This is not a complaint about the techs -- it is a complaint about management and the inability to follow through with promises and treatment plans.
