I waited to do the review just in case issues popped up. It's been about a month since I had my home serviced, and... no issues. At this point in time I feel I am in a position to do a review. My problem - I had carpenter ants. From the beginning, the office staff were great; easy to deal with in answering questions and booking an appointment for an estimate. The field tech that came out was polite, knowledgeable and took the time to answer the questions I had in a sincere manner (although I'm sure he's heard the same questions a million times before). He gave options, no pressure, and left leaving it up to me to call back if I wanted to take the next step. I made the appointment for treatment. It was a different field tech that came out to do the treatment, he was also polite and knowledgeable. A week or so after treatment, I noticed a few ants pop up here and there. I sent an email asking if that was normal. I didn't get a reply email, I was actually pleasantly surprised that my phone rang about 15 minutes after sending the email from the office staff to discuss my concern. The answers I received put me at ease. The big problem, became a small problem, to being no problem.
