Not happy with technician. Technician could have finished the job the day he was here but did not bother to tell us that he needed things on the back patio moved so he could redrill termite holes in concrete. This would have taken me 5 minutes. Instead he waited till he was finished. and informed us that some one from HP would contact us about scheduling the rest. We have heard from NO ONE.
