The Service techs that have completed the initial job scope for our property and structures are top notch people. Very transparent about safety, the products used, the follow up, the installation, the expectations, the walk thru, additional tactics and options as well as an understanding of the biology of the pests. Also following IPM procedures to a tee is so very important in building a strong relationship with the customer.
