Very annoying pre-recorded calls that are not coordinated with my schedule. I just had my inspection and now two days in a row I get recorded calls saying they are coming between 9 or 8 and 5. I have already made clear that I would never do that. I will plan my visits individually. I am not available to put a whole day aside for that kind of schedule. This structure is really a problem. Also those calls say I should be the one to call if I want to change the "appointment" that I never had in the first place. I don't know why you expect people to have time for this. The techs who have been here do a good job.
