Pest Bear did not service my lawn and shrubs for almost 3 months, despite several calls for service. The lawn looks awful, tons of weeds. No clear explanation given. Manager finally came, promised to replace dead plants and service the lawn for free in one month. Never heard from him, and when I called him, he never returned my call. Very disappointed since in the past service was acceptable. Looking to switch.
