I was happy with the courtesy and professionalism of our inspector. However, during the first hour of his inspection and treatment he appeared to be having a personnel phone conversation with someone and 4 days after the inspection I found abundant sign (droppings) and an active infestation in an area that he inspected. I guess it’s possible that the large pile of droppings could have been generated after the inspection but given the time frame it seems unlikely.
