I am very pleased with Terminix in that when a problem is not resolved, they make every effort to correct it in a timely manner. The technicians are very pleasant and friendly, especially Carl, Mike and their manager Justin. I feel confident in addressing any concerns I might have because their goal seems to be my total satisfaction and peace of mind!
