I am so displeased with their service. Within a month of them taking over for Gulf to Bay Pool Service my pool was so green that it has stained the finish and I have received no response to my requests for something to be done. The guy quite working for them at the end of February but he must not have been cleaning or adding chemicals for some time as it really damaged my pool. I am probably going to have to go to small claims court to get them to do something about it. I am tired of having to call them all the time to see what is being done. As I write this review my pool is green.
