I have been very happy with your service right from the beginning; however, we have not been in Florida for 15 months and trust all is fine. But the billing has been increased in an incredible amount. The rate increase from $30 to $80 per quarter is not a very good way to do business. McCall got the bill to me, this inquiry on service but to tell me that I was sent a message on the increase to 727-474-6620 which has not been in service since April 2020. Why not an e mail? Your billing department should be re-educated in business procedures.
