Been using you for years for ant and mice control. But this most recent service was not a great experience. I had received your reminder by email and postcard, but was holding off on scheduling service because of some current construction at the property. However, your technician simply showed up one day; I did not know he was coming. Had I not been there, he would have been unable to get inside the house to deal with the mouse traps and would have had to return another day. Then he told me he had to attach some of the traps to the walls with either screws or wire. He said this was supposed to have been the procedure for four years. When I asked him for more information about how he would attach them, he seemed to think I was challenging him and his response was something like "well, if you don't want that, I'll just take them away". I was simply requesting more info. Kind of a strange approach, seems to me.
