We really like the service Tanya provides us. She is always professional with a smile.
Today however she left the gate open when she left. I am in fault too, as I usually check it after the tech leaves.
We found Astro.
My wife let the dog out and it was 20 minutes before I realized that the gate had been left open.
I’m sure this was an “oops” on her part, it certainly was on mine!
