After many sleepless nights due to hearing something in the wall/attic of my house, I finally called Pest Solutions of North Texas. I am a first time homeowner so pest/rodent control was a new thing for me. When I called the main office I was very please to have great customer service and the lady was super helpful in helping me pick the correct products for my house with pricing that was in my budget. After choosing the products an appointment was scheduled for a technician to come out. Today, Johnny Lopez, my pest control technician, arrived at my house on time with a good and professional attitude to help us conquer our problems. After he went over the cost and payment options for the plan I had chosen and evaluated the whole house, inside and out, he told us that we have mice or rats in the attic. Bait boxes and traps were set to help get these pesky critters out of the attic. I am beyond impressed at the prompt service, excellent communication, and thorough treatment that was provided by Johnny. We have a follow up appointment in 10 days to see if we have made any progress but I am very blessed to have Johnny as our technician. I would definitely recommend Pest Solutions of North Texas.
