The pressure valve gauge was replaced yesterday, Monday 9/20/21, two days later than promised. Friday,(9/17/21)the pool tech came to clean my pool but was not able to do so because the gauge that was already suppose to be replaced had not been therefore the filter and motor were not able to be turned on to circulate the chemicals in the pool. The pool tech's service was basically a waste of his time and did nothing towards making the pool useable. Yesterday the gauge was replaced and was told someone else would be coming by to clean the pool. I called to find out when the pool would be cleaned and I was told Friday. I simply couldn't believe that a pool tech would not be coming out immediately after the replacement of the gauge. I had to once again loudly complain before I was told that somebody would come out the following day. It should have been obvious last Friday when the pool came out to clean the pool could not be cleaned adequately until the gauge was replaced and therefore the pool needed to be cleaned immediately after the repair was completed. My pool hasn't been able to be used the entire month of September because of this mishandled situation.
