This is our first time to use Newport Exterminating to fumigate our 3 Unit Apartment Building. Dylan, their inspector came right on time & measured our building. Then he explained their services & indicated that they would email a report to us with the cost and work to be performed. We got the report the same day. We appreciated his expertise and promptness & after we received 2 other estimates we decided to use Newport Exterminating.
We wanted the work done as soon as possible because an elementary school is across the street and parking is horrendous early morning and afternoon. Our building was scheduled for the following Tuesday--only about 3 days away. Dylan delivered the directions and bags (for opened food in cabinets and fridge) to our tenants on Monday and the office handled contacting the gas company to shut off the gas. Our tenants vacated for 3 days and 2 nights while the building was tented and gassed. An inspector went through the units to make sure that all the food was handled correctly and to open any cabinet doors left closed. The tenting occurred quickly and was removed on early Thursday morning.
I was very impressed with the office staff at Newport Exterminating. They communicated with me by email--sending the contract to be signed, scanned & returned. They also emailed and posted me copies of the directions our tenants had received so we were informed as well. The lady I was working with was off one day, and another person on the staff followed up with me without even a question from us.
This was an excellent experience & we intend to used Newport Exterminating for any other fumigation needs. I will also refer my friends and neighbors to this group.
