Not happy at all. We were promised for the initial one time $900.00 fee that a "team" would come in to remove the mice, and once the expulsion had been completed a team would come in to clean and disinfect - thereafter there would be a monthly "maintenance" service. We were told that due to the extent of infestation, we would need a monthly maintenance program as opposed to an every other month maintenance. We were also told that you would be at our service 24/7 for "emergency" removal.

One person was sent out to set the initial traps (36) with a 3-5 day follow-up for removal. After the first night there were 5 dead mice in the traps, so we called to have them removed instead of waiting for another 3 to 5 days. Nobody returned the call, and when we called back were told that there was nobody available to assist. So we then contacted the initial "inspector" who had someone come out that afternoon. That visit then extended the inspection and removal an extra 3 days. When the person arrived for the second inspection and removal, we were told that this was the final extraction and our monthly maintenance would now be initiated - with no given date as to when that would commence - we were also told that this is your busy season, so there aren't available personnel to do the "emergency" visits to extract dead animals. At that time, 4 more dead mice were retrieved, snap traps removed with bait traps replaced, and "mouse droppings cleaning and disinfection" initiated, as well as spraying around the exterior of the home for insect pests. That was October 11, 2021. It is now October 20, 2021 - our basement where we clean and hang our laundry reeks of death, there are mouse droppings everywhere and there are a multitude of live and well "sting bugs" clinging to our screens on the outside of our home.
We were not informed up front of the one year commitment. Also, the cost to extract all of the rodents prior to the beginning of the maintenance consisting of a two-time visit by one person is a joke. This service is nothing but a scam, and we intend to seek legal counsel to have this sham remedied.
