The gentleman that originally came to the house to sell the account was very nice and informative. Sadly, the weather hasn't been on our side and the initial install had to be rescheduled twice and then they came a day earlier on the second reschedule than agreed. It has all worked out and we are seeing a decrease in the number of bee's and ants we were seeing, but we're still seeing ants and that freaks me out a little. I'm looking forward to our 12 day check in from the "original install" to see what else can be done to improve the situation. Thanks!
