Every person that has come out to our house, has been very nice and informative! I do think a little more clarity on the services would be helpful. I was told someone was coming out a few days prior and I didn't need to be home....well, I did because I have critters and need the inside of my garage treated. When he arrived, he mentioned how most people get their inside treated too. We did not know this and would have been nice to have time to clear the kids stuff away from the walls.
