We’ve been using Terminex for nearly 20 years which is why we decided to use them for the crawl Space work and sealing. We’ve been very disappointed with the entire process. First, they told us we had critters but despite trapping no critters. Then the work was done to clean and lay new vapor shield. The workers disconnected some of the venting and we were without AC during a heat wave for 2 days until my husband went other and reconnected it. When we called there was no urgency to address it even though it happened on a Friday and we were having a hot spell. Then the humidifier was put in but not the unit we were told nor did it include the red light in the foundation which we were sold as the”peace of mind” that Terminex offered. Through all of this we were never communicated with to be told why changes were being made or if it was ok with us nor what the change in pricing might be as a result. We chose to wait for the final walk quality check until the person that sold us the system was available. That was supposed to be today at 430 but instead someone else came at 3:00 without again any communication or notification. He indicated that the custom door we were supposed to receive was also not installed which was on the list of topics we intended to address. No one was here to speak with the gentleman because he arrived an hour and a half early. So wrong door, wrong humidifier, no red light, disrupted AC, no communication. However we were still billed for something already despite no quality walk through yet. Very disappointed to pay a premium price for Terminex and get such poor service.
