I had a bathroom remodel and it was the worst experience a person can have. The plumbers showed up a day and half late, the tile was incorrectly installed so I had to have them come and and tear my shower completely out and start over. The supervisor at the time tried to blame me for the incorrect installation of the shower tile, which was not true. The caulking kept cracking around the shower door and had to be re-caulked about 3-4 times. My vanity top was chipped by the installers and had to be replaced which took several weeks. I initially was told that it would take approx 5-7 days but in reality with all the problems it took from Jan - Apr before my bathroom was completely finished. I was constantly taking off work for this project. I will never, ever contact Bell Cow for anything. Bell Cow should stick to HVAC, they are horrible at remodels. With all the problems that I had, the secretary, Victoria was very nice and always returned my calls and she is the one ray of sunshine that this company had. Kudos to Victoria.
