Yesterday we were scheduled for service between 4-6 pm. We were home, sitting in the living room, with the door open. We received a text from technician that he would be here in 30 minutes. 2 hours later, we noticed, he never came. Later, my wife was looking at our messages, and discovered a message from Russell’s pest control, saying service was done at 5:02 pm. No one knocked on our door, our dogs never barked, and we never saw anyone on our porch or property. It said on the report, customer unavailable for signature. We never left our home and were here with the door open.So, did he come, or not? It said, he dusted webs, but they have not been disturbed, no one came on our porch, So how are we to know if service was done. Always in the past, they knock to let us know they are here and ask if we have any problems.
