Joaquin went above and beyond in servicing our home at 927 Kings Canyon Rd. Brea, CA. We were not at home when he arrived and heard our house alarm going off. He made several attempts to reach us and when he did, he informed us about the alarm. I called him back again to determine the type of sound he heard in order to see if it was a low battery signal or if the alarm had been triggered. He was very gracious in responding and even called me back to offer to drive back to our house to hold his phone up to the door so we could hear the sound.
