Ron and his team, including office staff have been great to work with thus far. In our tech savvy and impersonal world, I still value a personal touch. I am happy that when I call, I get to talk to a local person and was booked, issues addressed quickly at a relatively comparable price with the competition. Most importantly, he took time to explain and show the issues to me. So far, they have exceeded my expectation all around.
