This is the worse company I have ever heard of anyone dealing with. My daughter and her husband have been dealing with this company for over 3 weeks and still NO A/C. They keep calling but no one will answer. My son-in-law has had to take off work several times to meet them only to eventually have the A/C go out again. The first time Bell Cow sent out a technician that did not know what he was doing and they had to end up sending another technician because they A/C still did not work. They were told then that some major work had to be done so that is what took place only for the A/C not to get cold. Then they were told again that a part needed to be ordered. These people do NOT know what they are doing but they want your money to only give you the run around. They even asked for an invoice and the technician stated they are not given any paperwork and they would have to call the office. Upon talking with someone at the office, they were told the technician has it. It is really sad when you cannot even get your invoice after paying for services. I have advised my daughter and son-in-law to get a lawyer because this is ridiculous.
