I appreciate the technicians that have come to my home ....one exception was a fellow who ended up leaving th company
I didn't complain but I think I can guess some of the reasons....he arrived and didn't wear Christ verups to go under the house to do that inspection
His coverup for his shoes had holes....his general attitude was too casual about protocols I hoped would be carried out to maintain cleanliness within my home
Thankfully all of the other technicians have been polite and cooperative about my desire to keep the poison and debris out of my home from the attics and the crawl space as access is inside our home .
I and happy with the service and the polite phone manner of Jennifer .
I missed Randall's return to spray because I expected him late afternoon and he arrived at 8am
I was sleeping since I work at night and had gone to bed only a few hours before he arrived.
I am sorry I missed him but he did a great job anyway and I appreciate the work he does ...
