First time selling a home. Upon the inspection, termites were discovered. Called EXCEL, received same day service. I dealt with Dave Wilson. Can't say enough how polite, how knowledgeable he was, and walked me thru the whole process. I highly recommend. If ever I have a 'pest' problem again I will call EXCEL. Thank you Dave.
