I am NOT at all pleased with lack of service with your company! I do not think the service man is taking enough time nor doing the service I am paying for. Last month the service man threw out a small amount of the graules around the post of the deck INSTEAD of treating along the foundation as it should be. Of course the next day the rain washed this wasted time away. He then sprayed along a small area of trees for mosquitoes. Waste of time as the entire property is surround by trees.
This week the service man did not spray around the guest house as I have had done prior and is in contract. I cannot determine this service is doing any good at all. Not enough time is spent on this large property. Also, I never know when the service man is showing up. I get a phone call two days before but the message breaks up and I don't know what the caller is saying. I have a farm with lots of animals to feed and take care of as well as managing a mobile home park. Therefore, many times I can't stop what I am doing because the service man shows up unexpected and I should not have to stay with the service man to ensure all areas are properly covered.
Seriously thinking of suspending service until next spring, IF I even want it done! I run along the foundation and spray myself as well as throw out granules in the grass to keep cats & dog safe!
