The only problem I have with your service is I never get your entire phone message telling me it's time for service. Your message starts before my answering machine comes on. This week the only part of the message I received was the phone number at the end of the message. Therefore, I had no idea when my service was scheduled. I had an internal issue I wanted to have addressed and, luckily, I returned home just as Michael was wrapping up. I need to be able to receive your full message so I can plan for your service call.
