Thank you for the compliment. However, follow-up services are recommended because one treatment is not always effective 100% due to the conditions/conducive of the property, and the fast breeding of rodents. Follow-up services are recommended because we change bait, we adjust placement of materials. Rodents are shy of new things placed in their environment after infestation has taken place.
